Dennis Dunne, a Practice Group Leader of Milbank's Financial Restructuring Group, spoke at the 87th Annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges on November 1st at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Dunne presented on the topic of "Intellectual Property rights in Chapter 11 and the limits of Section 365 (n)."
