Milbank associate Kingdar Prussien has been named to The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 for the third year in a row. A select group of distinguished attorneys from each state who possess an outstanding reputation among their peers, the judiciary and the public, exhibit leadership skills, and have accomplished notable achievements, settlements and verdicts, comprise the list.
The National Black Lawyers is an invitation-only professional organization that celebrates excellence and offers its members professional development resources and networking opportunities. Membership is based on nominations from leading lawyers, current members and the organization’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Prussien is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. He has represented public and private companies, financial institutions, and individuals in all aspects of white collar criminal and regulatory matters, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation involving issues ranging from alleged violations of the Bank Secrecy Act and obstruction of justice to accounting fraud and securities fraud. Mr. Prussien is co-leader of Milbank’s aADAM affinity group and has helped organize numerous aADAM-sponsored events at the firm. He is also an active contributor to the firm’s pro bono work, dedicating over 1800 hours in the last three years.
