Milbank Antitrust partner Fiona Schaeffer has been selected for W@’s inaugural “40 in their 40s” list of Notable Women Competition Professionals in the Americas. This annual list highlights accomplished women competition professionals in Europe, the Americas and Africa in the categories of enforcement, in-house, private practice and economics/academia.
Ms. Schaeffer, based in Milbank’s New York office, has more than 20 years of experience practicing on both sides of the Atlantic. Ms. Schaeffer is an international antitrust practitioner who has expertise advising on the full spectrum of antitrust issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, criminal and civil investigations and litigation, and commercial practices in the US and internationally.
