Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised College Ave Student Loans on a $30 million capital raise. In College Ave Student Loans’ fourth equity round since inception in 2014, investors include new and existing market participants such as Comcast Ventures and Leading Edge Ventures.
The Milbank team was led by Corporate partner Roland Hlawaty with Corporate associate Joanne Luckey.
