Primary Focus & Experience

Sebastian Dexheimer provides broad practice in corporate/M&A including Private Equity and advises national and international corporations and sponsors on investments and cross-border transactions with a focus on private equity transactions.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Before joining Milbank, Sebastian worked for three years as associate in the M&A/Private Equity practice of another major international law firm. He studied law at the university of Mainz and gathered practical experience as legal clerk (Referendar) in an international law firm in Frankfurt and in the Venture Capital/M&A department of Siemens AG in Munich. 

Sebastian is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
