Sean Hyberg is an associate in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Hyberg’s practice focuses on intellectual property law. His experience includes patent litigation in both the International Trade Commission and the US district courts.
Before joining Milbank, Mr. Hyberg was an associate in the intellectual property law firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Hyberg received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. Also during law school, Mr. Hyberg served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Kathleen M. O’Malley on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
