Olivia Lin is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group. Olivia has extensive experience representing issuers and investment banks on a variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. She also has experience advising US listed China-based companies on SEC compliance and going private transactions. Olivia’s experience spans a variety of sectors including real estate, education, mining and metals, power, technology, media and telecommunications.
