Mahmood Kawany specializes in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on private equity transactions. He advises German and international investors, both on the buy-side and sell-side, on all aspects of corporate law.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, he worked at another international law firm in Germany. Mahmood Kawany studied law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. He is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and Kurdish (Sorani).
