Mr. Perkins received his J.D. from Georgetown Law and his M.A. (Hons) from the University of St. Andrews. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Perkins worked as an analyst and director in the London and US offices of K2 Intelligence, where he focused on international asset recovery and fraud investigations.
