Primary Focus & Experience
Jacob has experience advising on cross-border infrastructure projects and transactions in the upstream and downstream sectors, FPSO developments and supply chain, procurement and project contracting, principally in the Middle East, Russia and Africa. Jacob has assisted with advising lenders on a range of financing transactions, including energy and infrastructure projects.
His recent experience includes:
- The lenders on the Barka 1 IWPP and two subsequent water desalination expansion projects in the Sultanate of Oman
- The commercial banks in connection with the financing of the Reserves Development Project in Nigeria, sponsored by Mobil Producing Nigeria and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
