Primary Focus & Experience
Francesca joined Milbank’s leveraged finance team in 2018 after completing her training at a US firm.
She has previously acted for banks, private equity funds, investors and sponsors on a range of finance and corporate transactions, including acquisitions of distressed assets, bank bond deals, and re-financings involving investment-grade borrower groups. She has experience working in a range of sectors including telecoms, agriculture, shipping and automotive, as well as emerging markets.
