Primary Focus & Experience
Nils specializes in both German and European competition law, including, among others, multi-jurisdictional merger filings, litigation, investigations, cooperation and distribution agreements, antitrust compliance as well as government regulation.
Reecognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Nils worked for several years at international law firms in Frankfurt. He studied law at the universities of Marburg and Berkeley, California, and is admitted to the German bar. He speaks German and English.
