Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Price has represented indenture trustees, debtors, lenders, funds and borrowers in all aspects of financial restructuring, including chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Price has also represented buyers and sellers of various distressed assets, both in the United States and internationally.
Mr. Price has had leading roles representing creditors in the Lehman Brothers, American Airlines and MF Global chapter 11 and SIPA cases.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Price was awarded the ABI Award for Excellence in Bankruptcy Law at Cornell Law School.
