Mr. Mascarenhas has nearly two decades of experience acting as counsel in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, with special expertise in commercial disputes in the energy and mining sectors, construction disputes over energy infrastructure, and investment arbitration under bilateral and multilateral treaties. He has advised funders on potential investments in the arbitration space and has represented clients in obtaining funding for their arbitrations, as well as the sale of their arbitration awards.
