Mr. Mascarenhas was previously honored at the 2024 Lexology Client Choice Awards, which recognize lawyers around the world who stand apart for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service.
Mr. Mascarenhas specializes in international arbitration (including commercial, construction, and investment arbitration) as well as US litigation with an international component, such as enforcing foreign arbitral awards and judgments in US courts. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and teaches international arbitration at Columbia Law School.
