Milbank LLP Global Leveraged Finance partner Kamal Nesfield will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Leveraged Financing 2024 program, taking place on May 22, 2024 in New York City and virtually.
Mr. Nesfield will be speaking on a panel titled “Financing an Acquisition Using Leveraged Financing” where panelists will discuss “nuts and bolts” of an acquisition leveraged financing. The panelists will cover key structuring considerations, documentation and tasks and drafting considerations from the perspective of the borrower and lender.
