Milbank LLP’s Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer, Mikeisha Anderson Jones, Esq., will lead several panel discussions at the Corporate Counsel Women of Color’s 18th Annual Career Strategies Conference in Atlanta, October 5–8.
Ms. Anderson Jones will moderate three CLE boot camp sessions – “Engagement Strategies (Not Surveys) That Work at Every Level to Make More Inclusive Decisions,” “How to Legal-Proof Your Diversity Program, Training, and Initiatives,” and “Building and Sustaining an Organization’s Identity During Times of Racial Crisis” – as well as a general discussion on “DEI and ESG - Making Intentional Inclusion a Priority.”
Ms. Anderson Jones leads Milbank’s global DEI strategy, working closely with offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia on the unique challenges and opportunities in each region. She was previously a VP of Inclusion and Diversity, held various in-house general counsel roles and was a law firm associate.
Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC) was founded in 2004 with the mission of fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession. CCWC is the nation’s largest organization for corporate in-house women of color attorneys, and represents more than 10,000 lawyers, judges, lawyer entrepreneurs and law students.
