Milbank LLP’s Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer, Mikeisha Anderson Jones, Esq., will moderate a panel at the Corporate Counsel Women of Color’s Law Firm Associates 2023 Career Strategies Conference on May 3, 2023.
Ms. Anderson Jones will act as moderator on the CLE panel, “Are You Meeting Your Practice Group Expectations? Understanding Your Performance,” alongside speakers from Covington & Burling LLP, Venable LLP and Loeb & Loeb LLP. She and her co-panelists will discuss strategies for handling the performance review period, for utilizing suggestions to address strengths and areas for improvement, and for recalibrating after receiving unanticipated feedback.
