Our experience has extended from Morocco to Iraq and from Egypt to Yemen, and we have been particularly active in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman. Our Corporate Group lawyers regularly advise parties acquiring assets across the region. Our litigators have conducted arbitrations in all of the region’s leading arbitration centers and have worked alongside local counsel in an array of different local court proceedings. Our Finance Group lawyers have experience in the Telecommunications, Oil and Gas (including upstream, refinery and liquefied natural gas), Power and Energy, Renewable Energy, Aviation and Infrastructure and Water sectors. We have acted on over half of the independent power projects to have reached financial close across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
