We have a significant presence in investor-state disputes brought under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties. Some notable examples of our representations include the successful representation of Fraport AG in an ICSID annulment proceeding widely commented upon by the legal press and a victory for Mongolia defending against a billion dollar claim in an UNCITRAL arbitration brought by a Russian investor considered one of its top-ten defense wins in international arbitration.
