LOS ANGELES, CA, February 14, 2008 – P. Peter Benudiz, a prominent real estate attorney, has joined the international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP as a partner in its Los Angeles office. Mr. Benudiz joins Milbank from Heller Ehrman, where he was co-head of the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Benudiz received his J.D. from Harvard University Law School and his A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley. He was a teaching fellow at Harvard University Department of Government and Faculty at the University of California Los Angeles Extension Program. Mr. Benudiz is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
