Milbank Represents IC Power in Selling Interest in Peruvian Generator to Enersis

NEW YORK, May 5, 2014 – IC Power, a global power generation company, and certain of its affiliates, signed an agreement to sell to Enersis S.A. its approximate 21% indirect interest in Edegel S.A.A., a company that currently owns 1,540 MW of capacity in Peru.

Law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised IC Power on the transaction.
