NEW YORK, October 3, 2011 – For the third year running, international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP was named “#1 Ranked International Projects Law Firm” at the Chambers & Partners (“Chambers”) Latin America Awards for Excellence ceremony held September 29th in Miami, Florida. The ceremony honored outstanding local firms throughout the Latin American region, as well as the leading international law firms with a Latin America practice. Firms were chosen based on research conducted by Chambers, a London-based publisher widely considered to be the world's leading authority on lawyer and law firm rankings.
Chambers singled out Milbank for its prominence in the Latin American project finance market, and noted Milbank’s leadership position in all industry sectors throughout all Latin American countries.
