Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Mr. Dayen specializes in project development and financing for renewable energy and infrastructure projects as well as a broad range of financing and corporate transactions.

Mr. Dayen regularly represents lenders, underwriters, corporate borrowers, project sponsors, sellers, lessors and lessees in project development and finance transactions involving renewable energy assets, conventional power plants, recycling facilities, infrastructure projects, as well as complex restructurings, corporate finance transactions, and acquisitions.
He received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is admitted to practice in California.
