Milbank announced today that it advised on an initial public offering that was selected to the Daily Journal’s Top 10 IPOs of 2013 list, an annual list of the largest IPOs in California. Milbank advised the lead underwriters Credit Suisse Securities, LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. on William Lyon Homes’ IPO in 2013. The Milbank team who advised the underwriters included partners Neil Wertlieb and Deborah Conrad from the Los Angeles office.
