David Gelfand Comments on Conduct of Executor of Heiress's Estate

NEW YORK, December 21, 2011 — Litigation and Arbitration partner David Gelfand commented in a New York Times article about the actions of the executor of heiress Huguette Clark's $400 million estate.  Mr. Gelfand who, along with Peter Schram, is representing the administrator, wrote that "the administrator believes 'this wrongful conduct is just the tip of the iceberg'."
