Arbitration Matters Conference

Tom Canning, partner in the London Litigation & Arbitration group, was a speaker at the "Arbitration Matters" conference in Mumbai, India on 18 February 2012. The conference focused on judicial intervention in arbitral proceedings and methods by which the arbitration process can be improved. The key note address was given by the Hononrable Mr. Justice S.P. Bharucha, Chief Justice of India (Retd.), and the list of panelists include the Advocate General of Maharashtra, Additional Solicitors General of India and the Group General Counsel of Tata & Sons Ltd.
