• Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX), launched in 2003, is the world’s first and North America’s only active voluntary, legally binding integrated trading system to reduce emissions of all six major greenhouse gases (GHGs), with offset projects worldwide. 
• Chicago Climate Futures Exchange (CCFE) is derivatives exchange that offers standardized and cleared futures and options contracts on emission allowances and other environmental products.
• European Climate Exchange (ECX), launched in 2006 is the carbon trading platform in Europe.
• Gateway to the UN System's Work on Climate Change offers News and Statements regarding the UN's actions on climate change.
• The Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) is a part of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and was designed to monitor the climate system and detect climate change.
