Mr. Mottesi’s practice centers on corporate, capital markets and finance matters. His clients include domestic and foreign companies, as well as US and foreign banks. He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries, including energy, financial services, telecommunications, forestry/agriculture, technology, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment and retail.

- Initial public offerings and other offerings of equity securities.
- Offerings of high yield and investment grade debt securities in the US and international capital markets.
- Project finance and infrastructure transactions in the context of both bank and capital-market financings.
