The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a national nonprofit association of approximately 2,400 lawyers and law professors from throughout the United States and abroad. ACTEC Fellows are peer-elected on the basis of professional reputation and expertise in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related practice areas.
Ms. Soojian’s practice involves all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and philanthropic planning, with extensive experience providing sophisticated tax advice for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Her clients include private equity principals, hedge fund principals, entrepreneurs, artists, art collectors and other ultra-high net worth individuals, as well as their family offices and foundations.
