We serve as counsel to a number of important institutions, such as Neuberger Berman Trust Company, the Rockefeller Trust Company, Chase Domestic and International Private Bank, and J.P. Morgan. We have advised various families in the formation of family trust companies, including the Getty family, the Rockefeller family, and the Dart family. We also represent the American Cancer Society, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Rockefeller University, The Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum, Vassar College, and many charitable organizations.
