Edwin F. Feo, co-chair of the Firm’s Power, Energy & Utilities practice, was a co-teacher at the Pre-Conference workshop Commercial Finance: The Dark Arts of Leverage, Tax Equity, Leases and More, which reviewed the current financing sources and products available for commercial solar transactions. Stephen Tracy of Novogradac & Company joined him in teaching the session. In addition, Mr. Feo also served as a panelist on System Financing: Optimizing Financing Methods and PV Economics, which looked closely at current and new financing mechanisms in the context of reducing and minimizing transaction costs, and increasing speed and efficiency to market.
