Jack Griem and Fred Zullow, partners in Milbank's Intellectual Property group, participated in a PLI seminar, entitled “Patent Damages in Flux? Harmonizing Recent Federal Circuit Decisions with the Georgia-Pacific Factors 2010,” on July 14 at the PLI California Center in San Francisco.

Jack Griem chaired the program and moderated the panels on (1) The Federal Circuit’s Latest Guidance on Patent Damages; Review of the Georgia-Pacific Factors and Potential Legislative Changes, and (2) Strategy for Damages Presentations in Litigation; Applying the Strategies in Pharmaceutical and Electronics Litigation. Fred Zullow participated in the second panel discussion.
