Edwin F. Feo, co-chair of the Firm’s Power, Energy & Utilities practice, co-chaired the Geothermal Energy in the West conference on March 26-27, 2009. Mr. Feo also co-presented Obtaining Financing for Project Development on March 27, 2009 with Kevin McSpadden, Esq. of Vulcan Power. Messrs. Feo and McFadden examined issues in geothermal project financing, such as structuring the deal to fit today's tight financial markets, and ways to make effective use of tax credits and tax equity.
