David Perkins, partner in Milbank's Intellectual Property Group, based in the Firm's London office, spoke at an Arbitration and Mediation Workshop on “IP Disputes and Main Steps in the Mediation Process, Role of the Mediator and Costs involved” on August 19–21, 2008 in Singapore.

David Perkins is head of the Intellectual Property Group in the Firm's London office. His practice involves multi-jurisdiction patent and trademark litigation and related anti-trust issues. He also handles Oppositions and Appeals before the European Patent Office, Munich and references to the European Court of Justice, Luxembourg.
