On Monday, September 8, The Hon. William H. Webster addressed the Annual Installation Lunch of the Federal Bar Association in Chicago. The subject of the keynote address was "Truth and Trust: The Oil and the Glue". Judge Webster, who is Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, discussed the progress of that Agency since its inception.
