Andrew Leblanc, partner in Milbank's Financial Restructuring and Litigation Departments, was a panelist at the 2010 Royal Bank of Scotland High Yield Conference held on Wednesday, May 12th, 2010 – Friday, May 14th, 2010. Andrew's topic was Fraudulent Conveyance Law After Tousa.

The two and a half day conference featured presentations from both active and potential issuing companies from a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the Gaming, Oil & Gas, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer & Industrial sectors.
