Mark Shinderman, partner in Milbank’s Financial Restructuring Group in Los Angeles spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 17th Annual Southwest Bankruptcy Conference held on September 10-12, 2009 in Nevada. Mr. Shinderman participated in the “Great Debates” on Friday, September 11th, at 8:00 a.m. The topic was "Resolved: The Court may approve carve-outs for certain professionals and class skipping distributions upon the approval of affected secured creditors."
