Governor Pataki Appoints Robert Douglass to LMDC Board

Robert Douglass, Of Counsel in the Global Corporate Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, will be a member of the board of the Lower Manhattan Development Corp., which is overseeing reconstruction of the World Trade Center site.
