DIVERSITY COMMITTEE
Milbank's Diversity Committee is charged with examining a range of topics relevant to enabling all individuals to thrive and succeed at the Firm. We are particularly focused on the recruitment, retention and promotion of students and attorneys from groups that have been traditionally under-represented in large law firms.
As the catalyst for suggesting and implementing enhancements to the Firm's diversity initiatives, the committee regularly coordinates efforts with our Executive Committee, Associate Liaison Group, Associate Life Committee and Recruiting Committee.
