Recruiting/Summer Program
Associates at Milbank/L.A. receive the same competitive compensation package as associates in the New York office. As a result, salaries for associates and summer associates at Milbank/L.A. are among the highest in Los Angeles. Compensation packages include health, dental, life and disability insurance, dependent care reimbursement, maternity coverage, paid child care leave for men and women and same-sex domestic partner benefits. The Firm also reimburses associates for bar examination, bar review and multi-state fees and reasonable relocation expenses.
In addition to the professional aspects of our summer program, key social events help define the summer associate experience. Enjoying beach parties, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, outdoor concert nights at the Hollywood Bowl, Dodger games and other local entertainment are just a few ways in which our summer associates and attorneys get to know each other.
