Primary Focus & Experience

Based in Singapore for over 25 years, David has advised clients on many of the largest and most complex corporate M&A, restructuring, banking and project finance and capital market transactions to have been successfully completed across the Asia-Pacific region, including in Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines.

He has particular expertise advising sponsors, developers, strategic investors and financial institutions on the development, financing and commercialization of large-scale digital infrastructure and TMT assets across Asia, including AI infrastructure, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platforms and hyperscale data center developments.
