He recently led the Milbank team advising AstraZeneca on its global IT infrastructure deal with IBM worth at least $1.4 billion and on its global applications maintenance deal with Infosys and Cognizant. Sean has advised Barclays Bank on a number of transactions including its consumer lending platform agreement with Fidelity and transactional print agreement with RR Donnelly. Sean has acted for a number of leading suppliers in the information technology field, including Liberata, Genpact, EDS, Unisys, Xchanging, T-Systems and Perot Systems.Sean also advises satellite and telecommunications companies on commercial and regulatory matters.Sean is one of most experienced practitioners in the growing Asset Servicing Industry. He has advised JPMorgan, Northern Trust, RBC Dexia, Citigroup and BNY Mellon in a number of Asset Servicing outsourcing transactions.Sean was nominated by The Lawyer as one of its “Hot 100” lawyers for 2005 – the only CTO lawyer to be included.
