Jacqui Graham is a senior associate in Milbank's London office and a member of the Firm's Global Finance Group. Jacqui's practice areas comprises banking and finance/junior capital, international capital markets (in particular, MTN programmes, convertible/exchangeable bond issues, GDR issues and high-yield bond issues) and structured finance transactions. She has considerable experience in advising on financings (including mezzanine and second lien financings), intercreditor and structural/contractual subordination arrangements, English law security arrangements and debt restructurings both in Europe and Asia. She is currently advising on various debt restructurings involving senior finance and junior capital injection using structural subordination and involving offshore vehicles for tax efficiency.

Jacqui represents a broad array of senior lenders, hedge funds, private equity investors, investment managers, trustees and rating agencies on financing transactions based in Europe, the United States and Asia. She has also acted for arrangers and underwriters on structured finance transactions involving CLOs/CDOs. Jacqui has also represented financiers on Islamic financings (mainly involving Morabaha structures) as well as major power, mining and infrastructure projects in South America and China.

Jacqui is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, New York and Hong Kong. She is a member of the New York Bar, the Law Society in England & Wales, the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (as non-practising barrister of England & Wales). She holds an LLB from King's College, and attended the College of Law, in London.
