Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Britton’s practice focuses on representing direct lenders in a broad range of private finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations and refinancings; second lien and first out-last out structures; holdco and preferred equity financings; and debt restructurings. Mr. Britton also represents lenders and companies in restructuring matters and liability management transactions.
