Bill Mahoney is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group. He was the managing partner of the firm’s London office from 1990 to 1994.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Mahoney’s practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings. He has extensive experience in the financing of acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization and going private transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, bridge loans, mezzanine debt and high yield debt. Mr. Mahoney has worked on financings in a wide range of industries, particularly media, telecoms, insurance, healthcare and energy.
