Timothy K. Wendling is an associate in Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Project Finance Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Wendling has experience in a broad range of financing and acquisition transactions, representing domestic and international lenders, underwriters, corporate borrowers, project sponsors, developers and sellers, including infrastructure project development and finance transactions involving wind, solar and geothermal electricity generation projects, municipal waste projects, large-scale infrastructure projects, as well as traditional corporate finance, acquisition and restructuring transactions. Most recently, Mr. Wendling has represented lenders, developers and sponsors in the development, acquisition and financing of a number of renewable energy projects, including wind power projects across the United States and solar power projects in the United States, Canada and in Europe.
Prior to practicing in the Project Finance Group, Mr. Wendling practiced in the Milbank Litigation Group, where he engaged in securities litigation, reinsurance treaty arbitration and restructuring-related workouts.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Wendling was a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche USA. Mr. Wendling is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he participated on the Journal of Legislation.
