Thallen J. Brassel is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Brassel’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of asset financings, including leasing and project finance. She also has experience advising clients on tax-related aspects of bankruptcy filings. Ms. Brassel has participated in numerous transactions with Milbank’s Project Finance and Transportation & Space Groups, advising major financial institutions, project developers, underwriters, airlines, aircraft leasing companies and other parties in tax-advantaged financing transactions.
