Tatiana (Tanya) Bayeva is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Bayeva’s experience includes: representation of agents and lead banks in syndicated and acquisition financings, project finance, bridge and debtor-in possession financings; advising agents on bankruptcy-related issues; and representation of issuers and underwriters in international security offerings.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Bayeva was a recipient of grants from the Olin Center for Law and Economics and the Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies at the University of Michigan. She graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University and cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
Ms. Bayeva is originally from Minsk, Belarus and is a native Russian speaker.
