Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Olano's practice focuses on all aspects of hospitality and complex real estate transactions. She has experience with international, multi-state and multi-site real estate transactions involving a wide variety of matters relating to the acquisition, finance, development, workout and management of hotels, resorts, fractional ownership properties, casinos and other types of improved real property. Ms. Olano also has experience representing clients involved in restructuring, purchasing and offering senior secured and mezzanine debt. She regularly represents operators, owners, lenders and servicers.
